All policy forms must be signed before completing any project with TheDigitalCreative! We ask that you sign the contracts BEFORE you submit any payment to TheDigitalCreative.
All prices for TheDigitalCreative are subject to change and become in effect once placed on the website. If the submission of payment for a project happened before the price change, the price would remain the same. However, any unpaid or additional project will take on the new price recorded on the website. Our team requires a 30% deposit, or 50% deposit for websites, before the start of any project. TheDigitalCreative accepts payments through PayPal or by debit/credit card; however, other payment methods are available upon request. We ask for the completion of the deposit within 48 hours, or the project will be canceled. The submission of your deposit means that you acknowledge and agree to TheDigitalCreative terms and conditions. After sending the final product, the rest of the payment must be submitted within 48 hours. If our team does not receive the payment after 48 hours, there will be an additional $10 late fee charge.
Payments made with TheDigitalCreative are non-refundable. Our team is working hard to give you excellent service! If you are not satisfied, we will be happy to work together to solve the issue. We understand that situations happen! If this is the case, please email us as soon as possible at .
Cancellations are understandable, and we hope that we will get a chance to work with you again. Please keep in mind that when you officially cancel, all previous projects from your brand will be deleted; this will result in you having to pay for each graphic over. The use of any projects created by TheDigitalCreative is prohibited after cancelling. If our team has not been in contact with you for over two weeks, we will consider your project abandoned, meaning all information will be deleted, and you will have to repay for our services. Any draft or sample sent to the client is for the approval of the client only! TheDigitalCreative owns the rights to all projects, copies, and drafts until the final payment is submitted; manipulation, sharing, or copying of samples or drafts is prohibited. A placement of TheDigitalCreative's watermark will be on selections until the finished final product. If broken, there will be a mandatory fee and the cancellation of the project.
We know that you want your project to be perfect, and so does our team. TheDigitalCreative has a three revision limit with any additional revisions having a $10 charge. We understand that new ideas come, but we ask to hold all revision details until our weekly meetings.

TheDigitalCreative asks that your team provides a full vision of your project before we begin to collaborate. TheDigitalCreative is not an editing company; our team does not provide the material for your project. The submission of all material and content must be from the client and in the correct form. Our team will communicate if revisions are needed.
Your team will receive all projects through email in JPG, PNG, PDF format.
Before we start any project, we ask your team to fill out a form detailing all of the information wanted in your project. It is essential to be as specific as possible to get a clear vision of your project. After the deposit is submitted, our team will begin working on your project. Each project takes around 2-4 weeks to complete; for larger projects, our team believes it is best to have check-ins to ensure that we are on the right track.
*If you need a plan before the two weeks, rush fees are available. Depending on your graphic of choice, a process form will be submitted along with the contract.
TheDigitalCreative does not maintain website hosting, domains, or fees. The Website Form is mandatory before the start of any project. For website projects, we ask for the finalization of information for your website to be sent to ; please include all photos and social links within the email. After the completion of the website, our team will provide a walkthrough. During the walkthrough is where your team can ask questions and discuss revisions. All finalized website designs must have TheDigitalCreative in the footer. For website maintenance, contact TheDigitalCreative via email.
