1. Consultation

 

Our first step of business is meeting to discuss your company's goals and focus; this can be an in-person meeting, a phone call, or a video session. This session will allow us to understand your company's vision and set an excellent foundation for our next steps of working together.

2. Contract + Policies 

If your company decides to work with TheDigitalCreative, we ask each client to pay a deposit BEFORE the start of any project. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Your next step in the process would be to fill out the TDC Contract and Policies form to ensure your company agrees to all terms and policies with TheDigitalCreative. After the fulfillment of the deposit and contracts, our company will send a Sample Form that clients can use to answer specific questions about their vision. We ask for a completion of the form within 24 to 48 hours. A sample draft will then be sent to your company a week after submitting the Sample Form. 

 

3. The Creative Method 

The designing process is where the fun begins! We are willing to exceed your expectations when it comes to your website or choice of graphic design. During this process, you will receive the sample draft; here is when your company can make its first revision. After this session, we ask for the rest of the payment for your project. 

4. Final Product

The final product is the last stage of the creative process. After we send you the final product, your company will have the opportunity to continue to make changes or additions depending on your choice of price and package. Our revisions will be weekly. We ask that our clients respect the timeline and hold all alterations until our weekly meetings. 

5. Creative Membership 

 

Although your product is finished, it doesn’t mean we are! We would love to continue working with your company to ensure that your needs are continuously met as your business grows and expands. Contact us for monthly subscriptions and memberships.
